For the Power Control Business Unit we are currently  looking for a result driven (m/f)

FUNCTION

Summary: The Sales Engineer will have a Benelux role and will be responsible for the promotion of Power Control Business Solutions to existing and prospective clients. The Sales Engineer will work closely together with 2 engineering specialists and dedicated customer service people in order to boost sales in the region

Tasks & responsibilities will include:

  • Act as commercial and technical lead in the Power Control BU in the Benelux market
  • technical solutions for complex product applications
  • Analysis of current applications at clients & prospects, detect needs and translate these needs into solutions
  • Lead preparation and presentation of all Power Control Business proposals
  • Assist product launches and promotions
  • Planning and controlling business deliverables to insure that customer needs are met
  • Manage efforts of team members and third party vendors
  • Manage the integration projects and/or support major enterprise-wide projects.

PROFILE

  •  Master / Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electro mechanics, Electronics, ...and a curious mind!!
  • At least 2 years' experience in (inside) sales of applications in a business to business environment
  • Entrepreneurial, result driven attitude and sound business sense
  • Great communicator: convincing to clients (technical knowledge), team members and other; presentation skills + efficient & effective negotiation skills
  • Able to manage priorities and multitask
  • Service oriented and client driven
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the Benelux
