German-Speaking Customer support employee
For our client in Heverlee, I am looking for a German Speaking Customer Support officer to support the growth of the company.
Our client is a Belgian based company and world leader in innovative automation project for the maritime sector.
As German Speaking Customer Support officer you will have following responsibilities:
- You will be part of a team responsible for the technical support of the international customers.
- You will be responsible for the accurate administrative follow-up of customer inquiries.
- You will interact with terminal operators and maintenance personnel and technicians worldwide.
- You are the first point of contact for customers in case of a defect, outage or problem.
- You will resolve inquiries within the agreed timings and escalate further where needed.
As German Speaking Customer Support officer you have following profile:
- Excellent knowledge in German.
- Good communication skills with a customer oriented approach.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- Strong affinity in ICT/Technical Support
- You know how to prioritise, are well-organised and a good planner.
