For a client in B2B services we are looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Representative who will work internally to develop the business. Position open for Junior profiles !

Client Details

Our client is a well recognised B2B services company offering solutions to improve quality of life for employees. They offer solutions like meal vouchers, sport vouchers and so on to companies allover the world. In order to strengthen their business development team they are looking for two Inside Sales Representatives either in Brussels or Antwerp.


As an Inside Sales Representative, your mission is to :

  • Establish contact by phone with prospects interested in the services offered by your company (most of the prospects come from internal leads)
  • Develop your client portfolio by explaining the solutions you offer and answering objections
  • Ensure the follow-up of the relationship
  • Ensure that all administrative duties necessary to the contract are done in time

Two positions are available :

  • Sales Advisor for Small Businesses, to convince them to adopt your solution for their employees
  • Sales Advisor for Shops, to convince them to accept your payments solutions


In order to become one of their next Inside Sales Representative, you need to :

  • Have a relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service

  • Be bilingual in French and Dutch

  • Handle pressure efficiently and comfortable with weekly objectives

  • Be resilient and always stay positive, you like challenges
