Job Description
The Global Supply Chain Planning Manager leads and develops the global Product supply chain planning team that manages effectively the tactical and operational planning horizons to ensure product availability at optimal customer service, e2e inventory and supply chain cost in line with business and customer requirements
You act as an integrator along the Product value chain by ensuring effective coordination of availability issue resolution in tactical and operational planning horizons and influencing on decision making
You develop the skills and competencies of the team and to recruit, develop, and retain the right talented people within the team. To ensure efficient resource and task management (incl. back-up planning) within the team
You take active role in the Business process to ensure that demand and supply plans are balanced in the optimal way, to follow-up that plans are executed as agreed and that demand and supply planning performance are in line with the agreed targets
You will ensure that Supply Chain planning businesses rules are effectively maintained and supply chain planning processes and policies are documented and adhered for Product assortment.


Job Requirements
You have a Master Degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration or Industrial engineering
You have 10 years' work experience in Supply Chain including at least 3 years in Team Management, preferably in an international environment
You have a deep understanding in planning processes (demand planning, replenishment planning, inventory planning, master planning...)
You are a leader and want to build a team by inspiring collective effort and positive mind. You are able to delegate, coach and manage high performance of your collaborators.
You are an experienced and skilled user of planning tools (SAP APO- module), transactional tools (SAP MM) and reporting tools (Cognos, MS Excel).
You have strong communication skills and you are analytical and proactive, you're a problem solver who uses methodical but also creative approaches
You have an excellent level of both written and spoken English
You are ready to travel 8 to 10 times a year
