HR Coordinator in Anderlecht (h/f)
Are you passionate by the Human Ressources ?
As HR Coordinator, you will :
- Assist with administration (social documents, insurance document)
- Assist in the follow up of temporary contracts and invoicing
- Reponsible for personnal administration
- Support HR administration
- Working with Oracle system
- Back up for assisting in the follow-up and creation of the organization charts
- Social Events : follow-up on birthday, weddings, births, funerals and special occasions, ordering flowers, cards, etc.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year or a first experience in HR
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Fully PC litterate (Word, excel, Lotus Notes, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of PRotime and/or eBlox is an asset
- Eager to learn and to develop within a global environment
- Likes to work with figures
- Customer and service oriented
- Administrative skills
