Job Description
Are you passionate by the Human Ressources ?

As HR Coordinator, you will :

  • Assist with administration (social documents, insurance document)
  • Assist in the follow up of temporary contracts and invoicing
  • Reponsible for personnal administration
  • Support HR administration
  • Working with Oracle system
  • Back up for assisting in the follow-up and creation of the organization charts
  • Social Events : follow-up on birthday, weddings, births, funerals and special occasions, ordering flowers, cards, etc.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year or a first experience in HR
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French
  • Fully PC litterate (Word, excel, Lotus Notes, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of PRotime and/or eBlox is an asset
  • Eager to learn and to develop within a global environment
  • Likes to work with figures
  • Customer and service oriented
  • TeamPlayer
  • Administrative skills
