(m/f) Quality Controller
OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a (m/f) Quality Controller.
Our client is situated in the center of Brussels and is easy accessible with public transportation.
The company is active in the facilities services' sector.
As Quality Controller (m/f) you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will follow up on all client orders;
- You will verify data on various electronic platforms and update documents' information;
- You will run data reports in order to guarantee system consistency between the different internal systems;
- You will follow up on operational workflows;
- You will monitor deadlines and report relevant information to team leaders;
- You will manage client requests and supplier emails.
The requested qualifications for this Quality Controller (m/f) position include:
- You have a relevant and extended experience in an administrative position;
- You hold a Bachelor Degree in Administrative Assistant or equivalent;
- You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and French;
- You have a good degree of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel);
- You have a logic-focused mind, you are communicative and dynamic;
- You are methodic, well organized and stress resistant.
