The client is looking for a Customer Service Manager - Ad Interim for a 9 months mission in Vlaams Brabant.

The client is a player in the retail and more precisely, fashion industry. They provide a nice work and challenging environment.

Description

The Customer Service Manager will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Manage all the customer service process from A to Z
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Manage a team of 4 customer service agents
  • Apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Profile

  • At least 5/8 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • People management experience
  • Positive mindset, client oriented and dynamic
  • Experience in FMCG sector
  • Fluent in French and Dutch

Job Offer

The salary or daily rate will depend on the experience of the candidate
