The client is looking for a Master data & Customer Service collaborator - Ad Interim for a 9 months mission in Vlaams Brabant.

Description

The Master data & Customer Service collaborator - Ad Interim will be in charge of the following tasks:

Customer Service responsibilities: In close collaboration with the other members of the team

  • Assist in order fulfillment activities as taking orders received via fax, telephone, EDI, e-mail and Sales Force Tool.
  • Interface with customers, internal sales and sales representatives to handle orders process and follow up on topic like back orders, delivery time,...
  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner..
  • Backup on invoicing process (invoice release process, EDI invoices, paper invoices)

Master data responsibilities : In close collaboration with the Master Data expert

  • Process new customer set ups: reviewing required documentation, receiving appropriate approvals, audit of information from the customer, entering data fields in the system per the Customer Master Global Policy within assigned time frame
  • Process changes to customers (name and address): reviewing required documentation, receiving appropriate approvals, audit of information from the customer, entering data fields in the system per the Customer Master Global Policy within assigned time frame
  • Process pricing maintenance
  • Identify and work with IT to resolve mis-matches between systems
  • Provide support to Sales and Customer Service on data entry process within the various systems and on any other topic
  • Work closely with Internal Sales, Customer Service team, Marketing, Sales representatives and Finance

Profile

  • At least 5/8 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • People management experience
  • Ability to remain calm under strict conditions and pressures
  • Ability to maintain data timely and accurately
  • Good decision making, IT and communication skills
  • Having a good contact with customers and sales men
  • Sound practical judgment of work priorities
  • Working knowledge of the MS-Office suite , AS400 and SAP is a plus
  • Proactive and open-minded
  • Have a strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and resolve potential problems
  • Experience in customer service activities and master data maintenance
  • Knowledge of FMCG sector is a plus
  • Fluent in French and Dutch
