Our client, a worldwide well-known company active in the defense field, is currently looking for a Sales Manager (m/w).

Description de la fonction

Missions:

 

You’ll be responsible for :

-          all the sales activities in assigned accounts or regions,

-          the offer management activities

-          the guarantee in the good execution of all contracts, both internal and external.

 

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities are divided in four categories :

Prospecting Markets/Products

  • You’ll participate to the economic and technological watch with the business development team ;
  • You’ll take part to strategic and operational marketing operations ;

 Customer’s accounts management

  • You’ll ensure the communication with customer entities and share their information by using specific tools (CRM) ;
  • You’ll be in charge of search/develop future needs for existing customers ;

Offers management

  • You’ll be in charge of commercial request and tender evaluations (bid/no bid) ;
  • You’ll build offers ( gather technical and cost data, constraints, risk analysis) ;
  • You’ll manage and follow the contract negotiation ;

 Management of contracts/ programs/projects

  • You’ll establish the management plan and define the contract team ;
  • You’ll follow up the risk analysis and opportunities because you have the power to request and demand actions during all the contract execution stages ;
  • You’ll be the contact point for customers regarding contracts and programs ;
  • You’ll approve all the documentation written by other divisions which has to be sent to the customers ;
  • You’ll follow-up the contracts/programs by organizing, internal progress meetings with other divisions or department and external progress meetings with customers ;
Exigence pour la fonction

Profile:

  • You have a Master in business, management or significant background in the field ;
  • You can demonstrate an experience of 5 years, a technical background is a plus ;
  • You’re fluent in English, both orally and written ;
  • You’ve the ability to persuade and influence other people ;
  • You’ve strong interpersonal and communication skills ;
  • You’ve excellent management, legal and finance skills ;
  • You’ve a good knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques ;
  • You’re autonomous, flexible, with a good presentation ;
  • You’re also able to work collaboratively and ready to travel ;
