Our partner is a well-known International Bank, located in Brussels.
As a Personal Assistant, your tasks will be the following:
- Acting as the right hand of the CEO
- Supporting the group regarding organisational, operational and administrative matters
- Agenda Management
- Coordinating and monitoring business travels
- Meeting Minutes
- Registration and filing of correspondence
- Preparation of management presentations
As a Personal Assistant, you have the following profile:
- Bachelor in Office Management or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Dutch, Spanish, French and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- You are dynamic, driven, discrete and stress-resistant
