Description

As a Personal Assistant, your tasks will be the following:

  • Acting as the right hand of the CEO
  • Supporting the group regarding organisational, operational and administrative matters

  • Agenda Management
  • Coordinating and monitoring business travels
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Registration and filing of correspondence
  • Preparation of management presentations

Profile

As a Personal Assistant, you have the following profile:

  • Bachelor in Office Management or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in Dutch, Spanish, French and English

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • You are dynamic, driven, discrete and stress-resistant
