Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator for its Spare Parts department, in industrial sector.

Client Details

Our client is a company active in the industrial sector, with an international scope but still human-sized structure, located in Evere. Currently there is a need in the Spare Parts sales administration department.


  • Follow-up of the Sales Administration for your portfolio of B2B customers regarding Spare Parts in coordination with logistics departments
  • Follow-up of claims/questions of your customers regarding prices, deliveries, orders, etc
  • Preparation of offers
  • Incoding and follow-up of orders in the ERP
  • Solvability check of clients
  • Proactive management of customer's commercial process to deal with emergencies and contribute to sales results
  • Administrative support, reporting


  • Open to a 6-8 months long mission
  • Fluent in French & English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales Support/Sales Administration/Customer Service
  • Experience in SPARE PARTS/INDUSTRY is a great asset
  • Organized, dynamic, motivated

Job Offer
