Sales Assistant FR-EN for Spare Parts (8 months-long mission)
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator for its Spare Parts department, in industrial sector.
Our client is a company active in the industrial sector, with an international scope but still human-sized structure, located in Evere. Currently there is a need in the Spare Parts sales administration department.
- Follow-up of the Sales Administration for your portfolio of B2B customers regarding Spare Parts in coordination with logistics departments
- Follow-up of claims/questions of your customers regarding prices, deliveries, orders, etc
- Preparation of offers
- Incoding and follow-up of orders in the ERP
- Solvability check of clients
- Proactive management of customer's commercial process to deal with emergencies and contribute to sales results
- Administrative support, reporting
- Open to a 6-8 months long mission
- Fluent in French & English
- At least 1 year of working experience in Sales Support/Sales Administration/Customer Service
- Experience in SPARE PARTS/INDUSTRY is a great asset
- Organized, dynamic, motivated
Temporary mission (6-8 month) for a company located in Evere, active in the industry. Nice environment with human-sized office, international environment.
