That's XPE. For one of our clients we are looking for: Risk Based Monitoring Training Partner Organisation description:

XPE is looking for an experience trainer with a life sciences background, to work on a mission at a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a cross-functional role to support the development and deployment of relevant training related to Risk Based Monitoring (implementation and then embed and grow) across all impacted functions/roles for Vaccines. R&D, regardless of the department.

Job description:

Support the Lead in developing and deploying the strategic training plan for Risk Based Monitoring. Develop training strategy for RBM deployment, to include technical and soft skills as required per impacted function Update existing technical training material in collaboration with subject matter experts and in alignment of process OR create new content as needed Build and assign training curricula (core and function specific) in myLearning Coordinate logistics for deployment of training (instructor led and on-line) and track progress versus plan Deliver training content as appropriate Develop process to control ongoing update/review of training materials Design and maintenance of the intranet site Ensure training and other materials are available on intranet

Profile:

Education B.A./B.S. degree required in a health science discipline or equivalent discipline Experience 2+ years training background, 5 years working experience in drug development process (understanding of ICH, GCP Guidelines and Regulatory requirements) knowledge of Risk Based Monitoring preferred Previous experience in designing training strategy for RBM is highly desirable Project management and managerial experience Skills Good understanding of scientific and medical information to develop training materials Ability to work in a global / remote team and in a matrix structure organisation Good facilitation, presentation, and oral communication skills in English Willing to travel as/when required by job
