We are looking for an HR Business Partner in the region of Liège

Client Details

Our client is a growing family-owned company (engineering, construction industry) based in the region of Liège looking to reinforce its HR team with a new HR Business Partner


As HR Business Partner you will support the HRD in the complete Employee Life Cycle. You are based in the region or willing to work everyday in the region and have a generalist role combining soft and hard HR:

  • Payroll from A to Z with an external partner
  • Set up and create HR documents in line with the company's guidelines
  • Support the HRD with employee relations and prepare union meetings
  • Recruitment: draft job descriptions, follow - up interviews, salary benchmarks
  • Reporting and data analyses
  • Set up the first lines of the performance management procedures
  • Be the first point of contact for the employees and provide them with daily support
  • Onboarding


The right HR Business Partner for this position is based in the region of or willing to come working everyday in Liège

  • Bachelor / Master in HR
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR
  • Social law knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong organization
  • Flexible and team player
