Our client is dedicated to researching, developing, manufacturing and marketing novel products of high therapeutic value for human and veterinary medicine. It is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.

In order to sustain their growth, they are looking for talented Brand Manager


As a Brand Manager, your responsibilities will be as followed:

  • Development and implementation of the marketing plan for each brand : analyze all relevant market information, determine quantitative and qualitative objectives, plan all marketing actions and allocate resources in order to achieve global brand objectives.

  • Execution of NPD plan in order to ensure launch of new product in due time

  • Coordination of launch plan with the different involved departments; DRA, Medical, Logistics Finance etc.

  • Implementation of launch plan and managing roll out in order to achieve objectives.

  • Control and optimize resources for each brand with respect of allocated budget

  • Support field force directed to pharmacies and doctors with regards to training, implementation of marketing actions and promotional material

  • Follow up of implementation of field activities through regular visits to points of sales and doctors'office with field force

  • Actively participate in projects with the BENE marketing team; take lead for some brand(s)and/or be coordinator for other brand(s)


The perfect Brand Manager should be:

  • With a Master degree or the equivalent in related work experience, you have 3-5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You have a successful professional experience in a marketing position.
  • With strong communication and presentation skills, you have a high level of energy and ambition with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Autonomous and proactive, you demonstrate analytic skills that result in productive actions and taking initiatives is a part of you.
  • You are open-minded, flexible and have a strong sense of service.
  • With strong argumentation and negotiations skills, you are creative and opportunity driven.
  • You are fluent in French and in Dutch, a good knowledge of English is also required.
