Our client, Munhowen, a distribution company 100% owned by the National Brasserie , is a family company, leader on the market of Luxembourg, in full development in France, in Belgium and in the large export. Their passions: their beers Bofferding and Battin 100% natural and its prestigious exclusive imports including coffee Illy, San Pellegrino, Pommery, Clausthaler, Orval, Erdinger, Super Bock... His credo: be surrounded by incredibly talented, passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious people. About 250 people contribute to a CA that is higher than 70Mio Euros with good profitability and significant market share. To cope with the expansion of its activities, they wish to proceed with the recruitment of one/une Group Marketing Director.

Function Description

Based in the Luxembourg, as Group Marketing Director, you are the guarantor of the DNA and the storytelling of Bofferding and Battin brands, you contribute to the revitalization of exclusive imports and signs Drinx and Chai. You are the link between the existing marketing team and general management. Thanks to your experience in terms of strategy and with your creativity you will be the key to a consequent development of the market share and profitability. Your original and innovative policy will help ensure the development of the company.

In close relationship with the Sales Manager, you analyze the market indicators constantly, detection and anticipation of the expectations of consumers.

In collaboration with your team, you define a creative, rigorous marketing policy, in line with the brand and the company's long-term strategy.

You analyze the market and competition, and you anticipate the needs of consumers.

You are in constant contact with other services (On-Trade and Off-Trade) for the implementation of the communication strategy at 360 °.

You establish, recommend, justify, and manage communication budgets.

You manage the promotional policy, product innovation, its launch, media plans and you measure the impact of our campaigns precisely in order to register a process of continuous improvement.

You develop and recommend our approach to e-commerce and invest in social networks.

Technical Profile

Bac + 4/Master in Marketing, trade, Communication

Mastery of French, German and English, Luxembourgish is a plus

You have professional experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role

The knowledge of the Luxembourg market can be an asset.

Experience in the FMCG, luxury or automotive sector can represent a certain advantage.
