Customer Service Representative (NL-EN-FR)
You will be the main point of contact between your client and the Sales department.

DescriptionAs a customer Service Representative you will be responsible for following tasks:To handle all customer enquiries by phone, email or via Sales Representatives in a professional wayAct as a professional and reliable first contact at all times in order to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction & loyaltyProvide a dedicated follow-up of order handling issues in a consistent and timely matterAssure high-quality customer solutions and communication for back-order situations and any order or delivery related activityFollow up from A-Z of orders for internal and external clientsHandle Correct & professional reporting on Customer care actions, issues & activities
For the position of Customer Service Officer we are looking for the following profile:
Minimum experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support of 2 yearsSAP Knowledge is a plusExperienced with complaint handling process on an operational levelTrilingual: Dutch, French and EnglishAble to work in a changing environmentpro-active, customer oriented and taking up responsibilityTeam player
