Adecco is looking for an Inventory Analyst (H/F).
The Inventory analyst meets customers need and provide to operations all information and analysis needed for day to day activity as well as supply chain and production efficiency. He/she is able to analyze trend, use statistic method to identify area of improvement and operate changes in the organization accordingly.
Monitoring and managing the stock of product components labels in the most efficient manner
Developing and implementing analytical tools for operations
Supporting the Finance month end closing process
Supporting all product launches between marketing and the local organization
Keeping the best mix between picking efficiency and replenishment activity by slotting products in the warehouse.
Supporting team leaders in any continuous improvement ideas
When needed, managing different analysis regarding operations, flow of goods, service level
Responsible for procurement of operational supplies
Understanding of major financial concepts including costing and ROI calculations
Information Technology – To be fully familiar with WMS and be able to operate stock management on the system, knowledge of ERP system (Baan)
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes
Technical understanding of major inventory control
Knowledge of a recognized WMS system and ERP systems
Product Knowledge – Needs to have a sound knowledge of the differing types of products
Fluent in French and English
Detail – High attention to detail and accuracy of numerical data
Information Management - Providing timely information and advice to support supervision and management
Communications – Needs to be able to promote information sharing
Managing Performance – To manage periodically stock profiles and flow of totes efficiency
Projects – To part of projects as designated by the Manager, focused on operational performance improvements
