Trilingual Customer Service Specialist
Polyvalent Customer Service position in a dynamic, international environment. Aside from this, the successfull candidate will also be responsible for some Supply Chain tasks.
Our client is world's largest manufacturer of tyres and rubber products.
As Trilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will have following responsibilities:
- Daily contact and relatiosnhip with priviliged customers (Key accounts)
- Order managament
- You will handle the orders and the execution of the deliveries from A-Z.
- Create availability of the products in collaboration with the Europen HQ.
- Verification of the Sales forecasts of the key accounts.
- Daily Reporting to your manager

Your profile as Trilingual Customer Service specialist
- Excellent communication level in Dutch with a good level in French & English.
- First experience in a Customer Service or Supply chain
- You can easily use MS Office, SAP...
- You can work autonomous, you are client oriented and you are rigourous & fast in your decision making.
