Our client is looking for a team leader to manage the team in charge of the digital business. Despite your function of team leader you will also have a role of Key Account Manager.

Our client is an international company specialised in transaction services for companies, employees and seller. Present in more than 40 countries and with 8000 employees around the world our client managed more than 20 billions of transactions in 2016.

Description

As Team leader - KAM you will be responsible for :

  • Developing partnerships with new clients and taking care of the existing client portfolio active in different sectors (FMCG, Automotive, Pharma, ...)
  • Negotiating and developing actions with your customers and doing the follow-up
  • Being an Ambassador of the company
  • Working closely with the other internal departments to maintain a high client satisfaction rate
  • Managing a team of 3 people

Profile

The successful applicant will have :

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a Sales function. An experience in an media agency is a big plus
  • A first experience in managing a small team
  • A Bachelor degree in Marketing or related
  • To be bilingual French and Dutch
  • To be curious, autonomous and solution oriented
  • A high interest for new technologies
