For our customer, a science-led global healthcare company that researches and develops a broad range of innovative products in three primary areas of Pharmaceuticals, Vaccines and Consumer Healthcare, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

You will be part of the IT department.

Job description:

You will be responsible for the following tasks :

- Timesheet Management

- Purchase order creation

- Invoice checking on purchase orders

- Expenditure tracking on major contracts

- Management of all office supplies

- Archive/document management

- Traval booking

- Expense processing

- Internal employee credit card management


Profile:

Do you have minimum 2 years experience in administrative work?

Are you familiar with data entry and reporting in SAP or with simular systems?

Are you structured, well organised and able to manage and dispatch a highly variable workload?

Do you have on top of that good communication skills and do you speak fluently French and English?
