Description

° Handling e-mails, calls related to your attorney's files

° Handling of agenda, creating and docketing files

° Managing correspondence with agents and authorities regarding those procedures

° Prepare and generate translations and reports

° Invoicing on a regular base, according to internal guidelines and time lines

° Take active part in company projects

° Drafting letters and official documents

° Contact with clients

Profile

They are looking for a polyvalent administrative assistant to give support to the secretarial team and attorneys within IP Law and associated branches of law. The main responsibility is to do administrative follow-up of their files.

You have a degree in an Administrative orientation or equivalent by experience.

You have a perfect level of Dutch, good knowledge of English and French.

You have an affinity with MS Office, internet and e-mail.

You have an eye for administrative and juridical precision, sense of responsibility, able to work alone but also in a small team.

You want to learn, to grow in an exciting and promising sector.
