The client is a leader in festive decorations. They are looking for a Key Account Manager - German speaking to take up the Belgian and German market.

Client Details

Leader on their market, they are since 20 years a major international actor in the festive decorations. They are offering a nice and challenging work environment.


The Key Account Manager - German speaking will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Managing a client portfolio
  • Be able to determine its vision for the client / prospect, the goal to be achieved, and indicate specific action plans to get there
  • Identify strategic targets
  • Building Retroplanning to Follow Action Plan
  • Creating the Future Value Proposal
  • Build complex offerings (type of solutions, selections, volumes)
  • Guarantor of the respect of the agreements with the customers and coordination with the various interveners (logistics, purchases, BO)
  • Presentation and defense of offers to the clients
  • Direct negotiation with customers (prices, delivery times)
  • Prospecting, finding new clients
  • Participate in the development of the range and product selections
  • Think about merchandising development


  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Able to advise and make recommendations
  • Strong negociation skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical mind
  • Experience in Retail
  • Perfectly fluent in GERMAN and fluent in French and English

Job Offer

The salary range is around 40-49K per year including a company car and other advantages
