Description de la fonction

 

As HR Generalist you will support the HR team in the following aspects:

  • B and NL payroll with external provider
  • Social legislation and personnel administration, management of personnel files
  • Participation in the forecasting and budgets
  • Work together with the business to improve their day to day life in the company
  • Work on projects in comp&ben, reporting, HRIS, ...
  • Welcome new employees and take care of the HR induction
  • Assist employees and managers with routine inquiries concerning personnel policies and HR procedures
  • Produce monthly HR reports such turnover, sick leaves, headcount and payroll statistics.
  • Compile and process employee records into the different HRIS tools
  • Advice and take necessary actions in terms of  legal obligations concerning prevention and safety at work
  • Support the managers in recruiting their team members
  • Participates and support HR manager in various HR projects
Exigence pour la fonction

The right HR Generalist is/has

  • Trilingual in English, Dutch and French
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a very dynamic and fast moving environment
  • Proactive, dynamic, customer-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of Belgian and Dutch social law
  • Good command of the IT tools
  • very good experience in payroll and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
