The client, a leader on his market focused on E commerce for B2B and B2C, is looking for a Category Product Manager - Food Supplement to reinforce his team in Belgium on a EMEA scope.

The client is a company, active in the cosmetic industry as well as the food industry via pharmaceutical products such as Feed Ingredients and Vitamins. They are offering a nice and challenging work environment.

Description

The Category Product Manager - Food Supplement will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • The strategic management of category sales, special promotions, margin, product assortment and item data accuracy.
  • Monitor the success of new product launches and strive to build market share
  • Define strategic directions and marketing plan of the Health, Sport & Beauty Nutritionals category
  • Guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar product's renewal and animation of core catalogue)
  • Grow the business's market share
  • Determining the brand identity
  • Responsible for the Product and Sales Event Canvas to assure the message is properly conveyed
  • Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights
  • Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines
  • Implement company cost and pricing philosophy
  • Build internal relationships
  • Collaborate with other Category Managers on promotional activities within the different categories
  • Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how

Profile

  • A Master in Economics, Business Engineering or Marketing
  • Between 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in OTC, Vitamins, Healthy Food, Food supplement is mandatory
  • Experience with product launch, product management, brand management
  • People management
  • Excellent communication, drive, dynamic and anlytical skills
  • Fluent in English

Job Offer

The salry range is between 45-55K with other advantages (no company car)
