As a Swedish Customer Agent
- You will be in charge of the Swedish customers
- You will receive, handle and manage all incoming customer orders
- You handle all service and product claims.
- You support and inform our sales force about all customer-related questions
- You have a perfect command of Swedish, and have good knowledge of English, any other Scandinavian language would be an asset
- You have good communication skills
- You are customer and service minded, and computer literate, good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (SAP knowledge is a plus).
- You are really motivated by contacts with customers.
- You are precise, flexible, rigorous, meticulous, humble, a good stress manager and responsible.
- You integrate easily in a new team.

Gross Salary 2000-2300
