Job Description
As a Swedish Customer Agent

  • You will be in charge of the Swedish customers
  • You will receive, handle and manage all incoming customer orders
  • You handle all service and product claims.
  • You support and inform our sales force about all customer-related questions

Job Requirements

  • You have a perfect command of Swedish, and have good knowledge of English, any other Scandinavian language would be an asset
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are customer and service minded, and computer literate, good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (SAP knowledge is a plus).
  • You are really motivated by contacts with customers.
  • You are precise, flexible, rigorous, meticulous, humble, a good stress manager and responsible.
  • You integrate easily in a new team.
