Payroll Specialist - International EMEA Headquarters
Our international client is looking for a new payroll specialist. You will be in charge for all related payroll processes for the EMEA Headquarters.
Our client is an international company, with their EMEA Headquarters in Zaventem.
You are the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, social legislation, ...
- Input and coordination for all the payroll processes;
- Participate with the on-boarding process for newcomers;
- Responding and resolving payroll and benefits related questions;
- General HR administration;
- All administration related to the application of social legislation;
- Reporting and analysis for HR/Finance
- Participate in HR Projects;
- Coordination of HR Process.
- You have a first payroll experience of minimum 2 years;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch; French is an advantage;
- You are pro-active, hands-on, flexible, eager to learn;
- You are detail oriented & have an analytic mindset;
- You are service minded, client oriented & a good communicator;
