In order to support its growth, Escaux is now looking for Junior Account Manager (H/F) for Brussels’ Area.

Your responsibilities

  • You maintain and develop your customer base, by maintaining current customer relationships and prospection.
  • You identify, anticipate and solve your customers’ requirements and concerns.
  • You prepare a variety of reports (activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals).
  • You gather and report back on competitive activity in the market place.
  • You achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly company sales turnover and margin objectives.
  • Contribution of new ideas to the team is a plus.

Your profile

  • You hold a master degree in Business management or Information Technology.
  • You have up to 3 years experience and are eager to learn.
  • You are proficient in Dutch and have a very good command of French and/or English.
  • You have an affinity with IT / Telecom.
  • You are keen to working in a no-nonsense environment and a fast growing company.
  • You are results-oriented and a strong communicator. You are eager to close the deals.
  • You are a problem solver seeking customer satisfaction.
  • You have a positive mindset and are eager to take new challenges.
