Client Details

Our client is a dynamic company active in the chemical and energy sector.

Description

Based in the Brussels office and reporting to the HR Manager Belgium, this role is responsible for providing HR generalist support to the personnel. The headcount is around 200 people.

Among your tasks:

- Support the HRM on the selection process for new hires for the headquarter

- Manage absences & payroll for all staff members

- Answer day-to-day HR/admin inquiries

- Ensure monthly reporting

Profile

The ideal Part Time HR Officer:

- Is willing to work Part Time 3 days a week

- Has a former HR Officer experience

- Has an excellent knowledge of payroll and social law

- Has good time management and organizational skills

- Confidentiality and loyalty.

- Speaks French and English and preferably Dutch
