For a company located in Hoeilaart and specialised in the health care sector, we are looking for a trilingual Office Manager full time or part time.

Client Details

The company is a non-profit organisation with a little structure.


The main responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for the Office

- Update of internal database with data of contacts

- You will be the point of contact with the Members

- Responsible for the good communication with authorities, stakeholders and members

- Update of the internet website

- Responsible for the Powerpoint presentations

- Organisation of Meetings, events (catering, invitations, office supplies)

- Responsible for the monthly newsletter


- Very good level of Dutch and French, good level of English

- Strong communication skills : spoken and written

- Passion for social medias, PowerPoint presentations, new technologies

- Able to work independently, take actions and be proactive

- You are service minded and you have an open communication

- You will be the added value for the members

Job Offer

Temporary to permanent contract with attractive salary package.

Flexible hours and open part time

Work alone but with a lot of contact with the Members.
