A corporate recruiter with experience for a growing company in Antwerp.

Client Details

Our client is a growing company in the north of Antwerp.

An open environment where HR has buy-in and were employees feel the difference.

Description

As a recruiter you will:

  • Fill open positions by selecting and recruiting employees (administrative profiles, engineers, technicians, …) on the Antwerp site.
  • Search for candidates in the different databases, cv screening, conduct interviews and other activities relates to recruitment.
  • Reporting to the HR Manager by giving regular updates on searches.
  • Follow-up of recruitments from the screening until the contracting phase.
  • Reflect on recruiting methods and employer branding actions in order to attract potential candidates.
  • Participation in projects related to HR (this can be more related to soft tasks or hard tasks depending on the profile)

In this context you will have contact with internal and external stakeholders :

  • HR Team (HR Manager, payroll and comp&ben colleagues).
  • All the departments to understand the business and the positions you are looking for
  • Recruitment agencies and interim agencies

Profile

  • First experience within HR and ideally within Selection and Recruitment
  • Master/Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or Social Sciences
  • Willing to be involved in HR projects
  • Strong organization skills and capable of setting priorities

  • Results oriented
  • Excellent communicator

  • Fluent in Dutch and knowledge of French.
