Our client, a famous company in the fashion industry, located in Brussels, is known for their high focus on high quality fashion-wear. They internationally located with their headquarters in the United Kingdom.


As HR and Payroll Assistant your main responsibilities are:

  • Preparing and processing the payroll information. You will be in charge of the hours worked and absences, the social documents and the fringe benefits.
  • You will be generating standard payroll and HR reports for internal and external customers.
  • You will be the point of contact for any queries from third parties regard social documents
  • You will be the first point of contact for employees concerning HR issues.


This company is in search for an HR and Payroll Assistant with following profile:

  • You have preferably a first experience in the HR and Payroll
  • You are fluent in Dutch and you have a good knowledge of the English and French language.
  • Having a degree in an HR related field is highly appreciated.
  • You have good organizational skills and excellent numeracy skills.
  • You are a real peoples-person: ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
