Our client is one of the main actor of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

In order to sustain their growth they are currently looking for a Junior Sales Manager to develop their market share in Eastern Europe.

Description

The successful Junior Sales Manager, in cooperation and under the guidance of the Regional Sales Director, will have the following responsibilities:

  • Achieve the agreed targets within his dedicated geographical region - Eastern Europe.
    • Generate sales growth in the assigned region with existing customers. To achieve these growth targets, there will be in addition a clear focus on prospection and new business development activities.
    • Utilize and execute all aspects of account management in order to build and maintain solid customer relationships.
    • Set and secure budget targets, in order to build a sustainable growth platform.
    • Flawless cooperation and communication with other departments; Marketing, Operations, Technical and Scientific Support, Customer Service and QA/QC departments.
    • Build a strong internal and external network with industry experts to support the organization's strategy process with all relevant market intelligence.
    • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions and other related events.
    • Perform all tasks in accordance with ISO quality requirements while taking the company values into account.

    Profile

    As the successful Junior Sales manager, you have the following profile:

    • Minimum bachelor degree.
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a clear focus on prospection activities.
    • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus, not a must.
    • You have a self-employed mentality, and are committed to challenging tasks.
    • You are above all customer oriented, pragmatic, showing excellent communication skills combined with a healthy dose of assertiveness.
    • You are result-oriented and passionate about closing deals.
    • You are always eager to learn and develop yourself further.
    • You are stress resistant and willing to travel frequently (up to 40%)
    • Being fluent in English is a must.
