Job Description
The Communication Officer will support the Marketing & Communication team in various projects. They will help with the content management of several on and offline media, like press releases, flyers, website and social media. The Communication Officer will report to the brand manager

  • Execute communication programs and support the Marketing Director, the Brand Manager and the Campaign Managers
  • Plan content, write or coordinate copy for publications such as product brochures, sales leaflets, corporate brochures, annual reports for shareholders, newsletters and customer magazines
  • Support in writing content for website pages and scripts for presentations and videos
  • Manage community/social media and update website
  • Prepare news releases when the company launches products or upgrade existing ones
  • Provide support in drafting and editing functional customer communication such as renewal letters, terms of products and call centre scripts
    • Write internal communication in relation to marketing product launches and campaigns
  • Coordinate translations of documents with translation agencies, on a regulary basis
  • You are a member of the marketing team and report to the brand manager


Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree (preferably in communication or languages)
    • Dutch/French/English: fluently in written and oral communication
    • +/- 4 to 5 years of experience in communication and more specific in customer communications
    • Working experience in financial/insurance services, PR and/or digital communication is much appreciated
  • Proven track record in copywriting and content development/management
  • Knowledge of and experience in social media and how to leverage communication on different platforms
  • Strong (commercial) language skills and capacity to translate in French and Dutch
  • Customer centric • Interested in graphic design
