Lead and develop the pre-order Commercial Department function so that operational and strategic requirements are achieved to support and drive the business
People Management :
- Responsibility for managing the people and processes used to secure Hire business , as outlined on Company organization chart
- Provide coaching, leadership and motivation to drive towards the achievement of the department objectives and KPI/s, to ensure performance is maximized
-Coach, lead, develop and motivate the team, enacting the strategy to drive towards the achievement of the Company objectives and KPI/s, to ensure performance is maximized
Commercial :
- Ensure that the Commercial Department deals with all enquiries received by the company in a professional and efficient manner
- Work with the Operations Department to ensure that buildings selected are appropriate for the use required and that offered programs are deliverable
- Work with the Estimator to ensure that drawings and specifications prepared are accurate and technically correct
- Ensure the prompt preparation of accurate, professionally presented quotations produced by the Commercial Department
- Manage the project review process which is the company process for handing secured order information from the Commercial Department to the Operations Department
- Responsible for the performance, training and development of the Company field hire force
- Ensure that any requirement to carry out further commercial negociation is brought to the attention of the General Manager Belux so that direction can be given and margin targets achieved
- Ensure that orders are properly and promptly clarified with clients prior to handing them over to the Operations Department for construction
- Be aware of potental hire opportunities to ensure customer contact is maximized
 

Profil

At least 5 years of solid experience in sales and people management
Bachelor or Master in commercial/marketing
Fluent in French and Dutch, another language is a plus
Hands on management style
Natural leader and motivator
Target and goal orientation
Problem solving
