We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to work for a watch brand. The ideal next step for someone with a first strong experience in account management.

Our client is a well-known group in the Fashion industry, leader in the watch market and based in Brussels. Managing more than 20 brands from entry level to premium brands, they sell their products either in their own stores or through different types of retailers. For one of the most prestigious brand of the group they are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.

Missions

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will :

  • Develop the Sales and operational strategies on short-midterm to achieve the expected budget
  • Follow-up market trends
  • Follow-up sales and sales and business plans, distribution analysis and development, turnover evolution, stock levels, sell-out monitoring…
  • Lead on marketing, business development and customer relations management
  • Develop the promotional and marketing-related activities in order to realize the sales plan and targets
  • Coach your team achieve their objectives and translate operational targets into individual ones
  • Act as a Key Account Manager for the biggest clients in the region

    To be their next Sales and Marketing Manager, you need to :

  • Have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • Have an analytical spirit and strategic and result oriented principles
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Have 2 to 4 years' experience in account management
  • Have interest for the luxury sector
