Customer Relations Representative NL5-FR5-EN4
As member of our Customer Care team, you will manage all inbound requests (calls, emails, complaints) from our clients and partners. You will support our Sales Area managers to delight our customers with a swift, clear and accurate response to their request and/or an adequate solution to their problem. It will be your responsibility to will liaise with other departments of the company to ensure that KPI's are met and clients' satisfaction is guaranteed.
As a Customer Care Wizard you will be an outstanding professional who consistently demonstrates the highest standard of quality and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- To capture, keep track of and analyse all requests from clients
- To manage the requests, to gain insight by talking to clients and collaborating with other departments and to provide answers that satisfy the clients' needs and wishes within the Service Level Agreement and signed contracts, but also with respect to efficiency and cost control
- To work in close collaboration with the sales team to quickly resolve any issues, keep them informed on ongoing or sensitive issues with clients or other departments of the company
- Client-oriented problem-solver, working in team with a high level of autonomy
- Diplomatic, with the ability to work under pressure, but remain calm, friendly and professional
- IT literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Written and spoken Dutch (mother tongue)
- Written and spoken French and English (business proficiency)
- Previous experience in automotive sector or customer care
- Integrity and honesty
- Attention to detail
- Minimal a Bachelor's Degree, although we prefer skills and attitude over degrees
