For an international company, Hays Human Resources is looking for a Training Specialist.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Service & Training, you will be the point of contact between the different departments of the company and the training department. They develop their training courses. You will be responsible for the complete development chain, in close collaboration with the Subject Matter Expert (SME). You ensure the regular maintenance of all training material (content and maintenance planning). Identifying, gathering and consolidating content requirements is part of your daily tasks. You also manage the development of Global Office training material from A to Z and you are the back-up support role for the Learning Zone of the group.

You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English. The experience in authoring software tools (Captivate, Articulate 360) is absolutely required. Experience with video recording or instructional design is an asset. Knowledge of corporate Learning Management Systems is a plus as well. You have a proactive mindset and you are a great team player, but can work autonomously too. You are responsible and accountable. You have an eye for detail, but also understand the larger picture. You like to work in a multicultural environment.

We offer you a temporary 6-month contract (full-time) with the possibiliy of a long-term contract in an international work environment. You will receive a competitive salary compensation and benefits package.
