Our client is an international player in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.

In order to sustain their continuous growth they are looking for a Digital Manager.

Description

As a Digital Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Leading and developing the digital marketing brand strategy
  • Managing on-line marketing programs, pre and post launch / Promos
  • Managing the continued development and evolution of the company's digital experience
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers (web development agency, designers, art workers, etc.)
  • Executing the marketing calendar across digital channels (SEO, PPC, E-mail, website, social media
  • Using data to evaluate/analyze target market and segmentation, and provide insight on marketing and NPD strategies
  • Creating and managing the content diary for social media tasks and activities and executing the social media campaigns
  • Working with the business to create engaging social media content and assets
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • CRM Strategy:

  • Set-up a platform that will host the consumer database and provide the needed insights
  • Set-up a Loyalty program
  • Develop (in partnership with the MM), plan, execute & analyze the brand's CRM strategy, with the aim to drive recruitment, retention (ultimately loyalty) & frequency, as well as supporting the brand's category, consumer and sales objectives
  • Segment the database to devise the best engagement strategy for each consumer ensuring that we speak to the right consumer, at the right time, with the right messaging via the most appropriate media
  • Budget Management:

    • Counter technology & advertising (for email costs) budget management & database maintenance all spend to be aligned with budget / over & underspends agreed with the Marketing Manager
    • Support the MM with budget planning requirements for the following fiscal year

    Profile

    As a Digital Manager you fill the following requirements:

    • Marketing degree or a related business field is preferred
    • 2-5 years of combined years of Marketing, Brand or Digital PR management experience in the beauty/ fashion/ pharmaceutical industries
    • Relevant experience in customer acquisition and retention marketing;
    • Experience with hands-on digital and integrated media planning, buying or related position is required
    • Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g. CSS, JavaScript, etc.,) project collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) and digital analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics is preferred
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, insatiable curiosity, agility and an established track record of hard work and dedication to results
    • Strong writing, communications and presentation skills are a must.
    • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills aiding an ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Be comfortable working with people at all levels of the organisation & able to develop strong working relationships
