Customer Service B2B
For our client based in Brussels, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative. Ideally located in the center of Brussels, you will be in charge of supporting clients (B2B).
This start-up has one of the most fun, diverse, and at the same time very qualitative approach to their customer service. Here, you will not be just a number but you will be part of what is considered internally as one of the most important department.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Be in charge of handling your own portfolio in a B2B environment
- Follow-up on administrative tasks (emails, input in CRM)
- Manage their social media pages
- Work closely with Sales department to coordinate your efforts
- Put in place new procedures to adapt to an evolving customer experience
The Customer Service representative profile:
- Will be fluent in French, Dutch and a good level of English
- Could be junior but an experience will be a plus
- Will be able to find solutions on his/her own
- Will be customer oriented and be dedicated in providing the best service possible.
