For our client based in Brussels, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative. Ideally located in the center of Brussels, you will be in charge of supporting clients (B2B).

Client Details

This start-up has one of the most fun, diverse, and at the same time very qualitative approach to their customer service. Here, you will not be just a number but you will be part of what is considered internally as one of the most important department.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Be in charge of handling your own portfolio in a B2B environment
  • Follow-up on administrative tasks (emails, input in CRM)
  • Manage their social media pages
  • Work closely with Sales department to coordinate your efforts
  • Put in place new procedures to adapt to an evolving customer experience


The Customer Service representative profile:

  • Will be fluent in French, Dutch and a good level of English
  • Could be junior but an experience will be a plus
  • Will be able to find solutions on his/her own
  • Will be customer oriented and be dedicated in providing the best service possible.
