Our client is searching for an Administrative Assistant who is eagerly searching for a new challenge. You will have general administrative tasks combined with sector-specific administrative tasks.

Your main tasks as an Administrative Assistant are:
- You will be partly responsible for the reception
- You manage the incoming mails
- Classifying of important documents is one of your tasks
- You will be in contact with different parties such as the government, prospectors and the logistic department. You are able to give them correct information, answering questions etc.
Profiel van kandidaat
as Administrative Assistant:
- You are accurate and are detail-oriented
- You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- You are perfectly Bilingual: Dutch and French
- You are able to learn easily
- You are stress resistant
