The client is looking for a Brand Manager - FMCG sector to reinforce his team in Brussels.

The company is a leader in his market. Active in a sector where marketing rules are strict, they demonstrate a lot of reativity to fulfill their clients requirements. Today, they are offering a nice and challenging work environment.


The Brand Manager - FMCG will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Brand and pricing strategies
  • Product and packaging development & implementation
  • Setting strategic brand direction
  • Monitoring investment resource allocation and KPI measuring,
  • Providing liaison with global brand mgmt, packaging/communication agencies
  • Being the custodian of all brand plans, activities and analysis
  • Assisting in development of annual and strategic plan presentation


  • A Master in Business Engineering or Economics, with marketing orientation
  • At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management
  • Experience in FMCG
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication, pro activity and leadership
  • Team worker, flexible and open minded
  • Fluent in Dutch and/Or French and English

Job Offer

The salary package will depend on the experience of the candidate (The package doesn't include a company car)
