  WE ARE HIRING A FREELANCE SALES MANAGER  

What we are looking for :

The candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Sales Manager responsibilities include developing sales strategies and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.

Skills :

- Be as sharky as a shark can be
- Excellent relationship skills
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Promote the expansion of business with existing clients
- Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically

Requirements :

- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Very dynamic, with a previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager on the agency side
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and Dutch. English is a plus.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- BA degree or equivalent
