Business consultant active in the construction industry as a technical-commercial position

Client Details

My client is a global player in the industry of architecture, engineering and construction, with +/- 8000 employees worldwide. In Belgium, my client has a local presence in the region of Flemish Brabant, serving the BeLux non-residential market. Currently they are looking for an Account Manager to expand their team.


As an Account Manager you will:

  • Act as a SPOC for all clients
  • Set daily priorities to ensure task completion
  • Resolve day-to-day technical and operation issues
  • Manage and follow essential procedures
  • May lead smaller project with manageable risks and resource requirements or functional teams
  • Develop the business and seeking for the new opportunities on the non-residential market
  • Add value to the team with your technical knowledge
  • Attend eventual activities to develop client relationships

  • Report directly to the General Manager


As an Account Manager you must check following boxes:

  • Master degree in Engineering and/or Architecture (or equivalent in experience)
  • Full business proficiency in Dutch, French and English
  • Knowledge of a building process
  • Professional network within the building & construction industry
  • Experience in architecture, building or construction (minimum 3 years)
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Commercial drive and proactive personality
  • Team player who is able to work autonomously as well
  • Flexibility to manage own agenda and to work without a 9-to-5 mentality
