The client is looking for a Sales Manager to reinforce his team in Brussels.

Client Details

The client is a marketing and logistics company with more than 50 year's experience. With a fast growth, they are today offering a nice and challenging work environment.

Description

The Sales Manager will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Ensure that monthly sales targets are reached
  • Intensive coaching and management of the sales team (one-to-one, coaching session, development plan)
  • Intensive follow up on the sales team on the field (3 days/week)
  • Monthly meetings
  • Key account management of a client portfolio
  • Inter department relationships
  • Ad hoc projects

Profile

  • A Master in Business engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong people management and coaching experience
  • Results oriented, leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the FMCG sector
  • Perfectly fluent in French and Dutch

Job Offer
