Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the process of delivering the right product at the right place at the right time.
Provide information to customers for questions related to transport cost, delivery dates, transit times, documents. Customers are located around the globe.
Will be responsible for the registration and for the follow up orders. Issue all export documents (customs’ registration, certificates, L/C, CMR, invoice).
Contributes to all operational objectives (SHE, Quality, Service, Cost and People)
Follow up of commercial initiatives, specific contracts and promotions
Co-operate with Customer Support team on complaints. Direct contact with official instances ( e.g. FASFC, Chamber of Commerce, Customs, Bank)
Back up for colleagues
