The client, a well known premium brand, is looking for a District Manager - Flemish Area to reinforce his team.

Client Details

The company is a well established company, representing a premium clothes brand. Today, they are constantly expanding their network. They are offering a nice and challenging work environment.


The District Manager - Flemish Area will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Regular visits to POS
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of POS in your sector (KPI's and turnover)
  • Proposal and implementation of action plans in consultation with store managers (according to network priorities)
  • Optimization of space allocation for each POS
  • Ensure a good implementation of the commercial activities (promotions, activations, incentive) and ensure a correct follow-up of the directives and international and local recommendations
  • Reporting and feedback to Deputy Sales Director
  • Take action - after validation by the Deputy Sales Director - commercial activities if they are not in sync with the objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising rules, advise and occasionally assist and / or take the lead for larger visual changes
  • Coach and advise store managers on promotional actions and visual recommendations and administrative aspects
  • Ensures the good execution of the action plans and ensures the evolution of the performance indicators according to the objectives
  • Helps store managers establish and / or maintain discipline, rigor and a good atmosphere in their shop
  • Conduct a regular report of services, developments and quantitative and qualitative results in its sector during meetings, seminars and interviews with Deputy Sales Director and management
  • Gives constructive feedback on operational procedures, assisting with drafting new procedures


  • A Master in Business Engineering
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in District Management
  • Strong people management
  • Experience in Retail - Textile is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, results oriented and leadership
  • Perfectly fluent in French and Dutch
  • Flexible to travel across the Flemish Area

Job Offer

The salary package which includes a company car will depend on the experience of the candidate.
