Temporary Customer Service Teamleader
As a Temporary Customer Service Teamleader you will lead a team towards a common goal, help to strengthen the spirit and improve processes. This will be an assignment of 6-7 months.
Our client is an internationally known company, active in the Healthcare sector.
A a Temporary Customer Service Teamleader, you will have following tasks:
- motivate your team towards the same common goal
- guarantee continuity within the team
- be able to prioritise main tasks from side issues and focus on a balanced division of tasks for all teammembers
- work closely together with other departments in supply chain to ensure a good cooperation
- you will be the main point of contact for important key accounts
- you will evaluate teammembers and detect points of improvement, training necessities, etc.
- you will be the link between management and your team members
- you follow up on individual and team performances (KPI's, etc.)
For this role of temporary Customer Service Teamleader, we are looking for someone with:
- very good level of Dutch and French
- you have knowledge of SAP
- great people management skills
- someone who can motivate and passionate people
- strong in process improvement
You will have a temporary assignment of 6-7 months within an international pharmaceutical company located in the region of Machelen.
