Job Description

The Customer Meeting Admin Assistant-local will support the Customer Meeting Associate -local in order to ensure a strong business partnership with the Meeting Owners and to ensure holistic and seamless experiences

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, and/or customer service experience in meeting management.

Demonstrated strong customer focus with the ability to develop professional relationships in all aspects of the position that result in stable, consistent, reliable, and courteous communication when dealing with other key business partners and external customers. 

Strong proficiency and learning agility with various computer applications and software. 

Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with all audiences and forums through exemplary English /Dutch and French oral and written communication skills 

High learning agility with ability to adapt to a changing environment and problem - solving skills.



Salary and Benefits

Role is located in Belgium 

Time split 50% BE and 50% NL 

The presence one time per month for 3-4 days (minimum) in NL is required 

Contract of limited duration of 1 year, may be renewed
