Receptionist /Secretarial Assistant GB + NL/FR

The office is located near the Bois de la Cambre
In this role, you’ll not only be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors but also carrying out a wide range of receptionist duties.
You’ll be carrying out a vast amount of PC based tasks including booking meeting rooms, and maintaining the constant flow of reception emails. You’ll need to liaise with maintenance, catering, to ensure all meeting rooms are set up efficiently and correctly.
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the reception area, ensuring all services are provided in accordance with the agreed service levels.
This is a busy role where you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of client problems and help to resolve them.
As you are the first point of contact for clients, it is essential you are smart, well-groomed and have excellent English language skills!
On a daily basis you will be dealing with individuals of all levels, therefore you must be coherent and always willing to offer a high standard of service.
Excellent telephone and PC skills are a must as these are key aspects of your day to day role.
On busier occasions there will be a high level of pressure, therefore you must be able to stay calm at all times! You’ll need to be methodical, well-organised and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. This role is a busy and dynamic one where flexibility may be needed if overtime is required
