Our client is a part of an international pharmaceutical group, active in eye care treatment. The Marketing division of Vision Care Benelux & OTC is looking for a Marketing support to complete the team.

Job description:

As Marketing Support you are part of a team of 4 and you are actively involved in the development of marketing activities and follow-up meetings, in particular for Brand management, Trade & Digital marketing. Your responsibilities: Organizing (monthly) meetings, mailings to customers/database maintenance, follow up of ad hoc customer demands of materials (digitals & POS), … Creating a relationship with the trade press and esure proper and timely publications of trade advertising; Administrative support (follow up of the marketing inbox, contracts, purchase requests, …); Monitoring the budget status; Provide creative and logistic support to the team for events (ex. Launch events, …); Managing and maintaining the marketing material stocks and images library; Follow up on the OTC order system.

Profile:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing of equivalent through experience. A first successful and relevant experience is a must! Experience with customer communication is a plus. Your communication skills in Dutch, French and English are excellent as well are your IT skills (MS Office, internet, …). The ideal candidate shows initiative, is mature, flexible and discrete. You work well in team and independently and have superior time management skills.
